ABA RESOLUTION 108B AS REVISED

RESOLVED, that the American Bar Association urges  Congress to pass legislation to establish a process to provide federal recognition for a Native Hawaiian governing entity.

FURTHER RESOLVED, that a Native Hawaiian government is defined as an authority similar to that which American Indian and Alaska Native governments possess.
